New & Used Items
Make Alpha House a Home

When residents arrive at Alpha House they come with little to nothing because they’ve had to flee from their homes. We have been working very hard at making ‘Alpha House a Home’ for our residents so that they feel a level of comfort in their suite at a time filled with sadness and fear of the unknown. When residents are ready to leave, it is our goal to send them with enough of the basics to be able to start fresh in their own home, so we constantly need to replenish the suites.

We accept donations of these new and/or used items:

• Small appliances (lamps, irons, etc.)

• Small kitchen appliances (toasters, kettles, microwaves, etc.)

• Kitchen cookware items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc.)

• Kitchen or bathroom linens

• Blankets

• Clothing

• Toys (for all ages)

• Art and craft supplies

• Reading materials

• Movies

• Non-perishable food

If you would like to donate an item not currently listed, please call us at (204) 982-2011 or email us. We have received wonderful support in the past and are extremely appreciative of all donations.

If you have large furniture items to donate (a couch, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, etc.) please contact us and we can refer you to a non-profit social organization that we are in partnership with.
